You are not permitted to distribute any work from bobstarwebdesigns.co.uk, or work which has been produced by us for a Client to any third party for your own commercial gain.

All Myspace coding is edited specifically for each Client, You are not permitted to re-use this coding or any part of it for other Myspace profiles.

All graphic design is bespoke and will not be released to the Client un-watermarked until payment is received in full or a pre agreed deposit has been settled.

Work will not start for any project until payment has been made in full, or a pre agreed deposit has been settled.

If the Client opts to pay using Paypal, they will be required to settle the small transfer fee. The same rule applies to all other secure online payment facilities.

Bobstar Webdesigns are not in any way liable to settle fees with regards to hosting and domain names. The Client is responsible for purchased domain names and all content which is hosted therein. Bobstar Webdesigns will negotiate with trusted hosting and domain suppliers, the cost of which will be either requested from the Client immediately or will be included in the main project invoice. This is dependent on the nature of the project and will remain at our discretion.

Once the Client has received the finished website Bobstar Webdesigns is not responsible for any content uploaded to or linked from it.

Bobstar Webdesigns reserve the right to change or discard quotations which are more than 28 days old if no payment has been made by the Client in this time.

Design for print projects will incur printing costs unless the Client decides to arrange the printing themselves. Any printing costs will be shown on the project invoice.

Bobstar Webdesigns reserve the right to refuse to handle:
a) Media which is unlawful or inappropriate
b) Media which contains a virus or hostile program
c) Media which constitutes harassment, racism, violence, obscenity, harmful intent or spamming
d) Media which constitutes a criminal offence, infringes privacy or copyright

You are not permitted to produce any form of media which is slanderous or offensive in any way to Bobstar Webdesigns or any work that Bobstar Webdesigns take credit for.

Bobstar Webdesigns reserve the right to increase the charge of a project at any time during its production. This applies if it is apparent that the workload or time spent on the project is unrealistic when compared to the initial design brief.

Amendments to artwork or coding are of course acceptable in order to achieve the best possible result for the client. Bobstar Webdesigns reserve the right to issue further invoices for amendments to work which are deemed to be in a different direction to the initial requirements set up in the initial design brief.

During busy periods Bobstar Webdesigns has the right to increase the deadline of a project to ensure that a high standard of work is maintained.

For large projects with long deadlines Bobstar Webdesigns require frequent contact with the Client to ensure that work is heading in the right direction and that the Client remains up to date with the project's development.

Bobstar Webdesigns make every effort to ensure that websites are viewable to the maximum number of visitors. Standard compliance mode is adhered to, insuring that coding is rendered appropriately in all main browsers. These main browsers include Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari and Chrome. Websites are tested in older versions of these main browsers to ensure continuity for users with older setups. They are also tested in the newest releases of these browsers to ensure that the website will continue to display correctly in the foreseeable future.

The Client must accept that Bobstar Webdesigns cannot guarantee correct functionality with all browser software across different operating systems.

Bobstar Webdesigns reserve the right to take credit for and display work produced for any Client on bobstarwebdesigns.co.uk and myspace.com/bobstarwebdesigns unless the Client specifies otherwise.

Anything mentioned during Client discussions will always remain within Bobstar Webdesigns. Client communications will always be treated as private between Client and Designer.
